+ A handsome 1751 map of Brittany that extends to the island of Belle-Île, just off of the Quiberon Peninsula. The map shows the historical divisions of Brittany and is filled with many towns, villages and pictorial topography.
+ The map's authors, Gilles Robert de Vaugondy (1688–1766) and his son Didier Robert de Vaugondy (1723–1786), were leading mapmakers in France during the 18th century.
